Le 27 avril

Levées à 6h, nous nous préparons pour aller à l'église car c'est dimanche. Nous prenons un bémo, mon rêve ! À Kupang, les bémos sont multicolores, et le volume de la musique écoutée à l'intérieur est à fond. La messe est toujours la même, des prières et des chants en latin et en indonésien. Ensuite nous allons toutes les deux au marché pour acheter du poisson. Une fois au dortoir, nous cuisinons ensemble. Le repas préparé est délicieux ! Puis nous attendons Silo qui est censé m'amener à l'aéroport sauf qu'il m'a pas dit qu'il a cours donc il ne répond pas à mes appels. Ainsi, Novi m'amène à l'aéroport, c'est aussi bien. Je prend l'avion pour Surabaya, prend un train et rentre chez moi à Yogyakarta. J'ai trois jours pour préparer mon voyage pour la Papouasie qui s'annonce incroyable !

*J'ai rencontré Silo et Novi lors de mon voyage à Nusa Tenggara, au Sud Est de l'Indonésie. Ils m'ont tous les deux logés à Timor pour Novi, et Flores pour Silo. Ainsi je suis allée à Kupang pour les rencontrer tous les deux.  

We wake up at 6am to go to church because it is Sunday. We take a bemo in Kupang. Here, the bemo(s) are multicolored, full of stickers and inside the techno music is noisy. At the church we sing and pray. Then we go to the free market to buy some fishes. After coming back at the dormitory, we cook together. The meal is delicious. We wait for Silo to pick me up and to bring me to the airport. But he forgot to tell me that he is in class right now. So after waiting him two hours, Novi brings me to the airport by bemo(s). Then I take the flight for Surabaya. 

*I have met Silo and Novi during my first trip in Nussa Tenggara. Both of them took care of me. They accomodated me in Kupang for Novi and in Flores for Silo because he has his family there. I came in Timor for meeting them. And I thank them so much, also because they show me all around Kupang ! I love this city so much despite its highest level of criminality after Surabaya in Indonesia !!!
